Welcome to the Coeur of Saint Louis Island
This beautiful studio is located on the island of of St. Louis, about 300 meters away from Notre Dame, which sits on the other island just downstream. It has a warm cozy charm to it, given by its thirty four-centuries-old beams, its fireplace and its fourth-floor, bird-nest view on the street and river.
The building, the oldest on the island, is the "Maison Poulletier" built in 1629 by Mr. Poulletier, one of the three original real estate developers of the island. It was also inhabited by Leon Blum, who was the Prime Minister of France several times during the period of 1936-1947.
The studio is rented by the week at about 800 euros per week; see the reserve page for rates and availability. The apartment is fully furnished and equiped, including blankets and towels, dishware and so forth, and rates are all inclusive of phone calls, electricity, Internet, etc.
